it is a cement sculpture of a dead cow - with its eyes open. i have no explanation for this, i just happened to drive by and see it.
It's even more creepy that it's a cement sculpture. I think I would be more okay with a rotting cow. Love it.
I find it less arousing now that I know it's concrete. Talk about chaffing!
